CLOSE TO CENTRE
From our experiance, we often find that tennats (epecially in HMO's) want to be in close proximity to the centre of town.

For this reason, all of our properties aim to be within a maximum of 15 minuite commute by walk or public transport.
If the properties we source fit all of the above criteria we will continue with our thorough due diligence process.

We will discuss the property with other local investors as well as letting agents to understand the demand for similar properties in the area. If at any point we feel that demand the property or demand for tenants is not high enough, we will no longer continue with our due diligence for the property. It's as simple as that! Any properties passed to our investors will have our confidence that demand is at an acceptable level.

Only once we are confident of a property being a great investment will we pass this onto our investors.
