Once you have joined our investor mailing list you will receive amazing property investment opportunities. If we send an opportunity that you are interested in you may secure this by:

• Follow the instructions on the email on how to contact us.

• You will speak to one of our sourcing team to discuss details about the property and ROI potential.

• If you are happy with the details, we will send over an invoice for a finder's fee as well as the terms of sale.

• Once the fee is paid in full and terms of sale are signed. A video call will be arrange to disclose all details on the property itself.

• We will then instruct the selling agent of who the buyer is.

• The property will be purchased in the usual way.

• We simply step away from the deal and allow you to deal with the selling agent.
